Thursday I got to go to quite possibly my favorite place in the universe – the dentist’s office!
Dr. Dorfman’s office is quite possibly the very best thing about Los Angeles.
Not only did I get a great teeth cleaning, but I sat down for some Zoom Whitening. (It’s been a few years since I last had it.)
It feels like a spa there. They gave me a comfy blanket since for whatever reason it’s sort of cold in the room. And then they offered to put on some music and they played my jams!
Michael Jackson, Prince, all that great ’80s stuff. What could be better?
One of the people there was like “how old are you?!” Then he was all, “You’re younger than my daughter, but you love the music I loved growing up.” I’ve actually gotten that my whole life. I’m pretty sure I’m a 50-year-old in a twenty-soething’s body.
Anyway, so they played my jams, kept my comfy, and brought my teeth back up to the shade whiter than you can naturally accomplish without whitening products – super fake, just like I like ’em! 😉
