Coincidence… I am going to the Price is Right taping March 19, 2015. I have run 54 Half Marathons and Three Marathons in 52 weeks (2011 3rd Place Half Fanatic of Year), I have a lesion in my left kidney which may leave to kidney removal, I love theatre and have Theater as a minor from Butler University and I sing tenor in a touring Gospel quartet. You’re like my girl twin. 🙂 I hope I do as well on the TPIR. I am reading your blog for TPIR tips.

Also, I saw on the video, I too had heart surgery in May 2014. I am just now getting back to running. You inspire me.

My name is Billy and I’m from Atlanta, Georgia. Ever since I was in grade school I’ve always known in my gut that one day I would be on The Price is Right. I watched it whenever I wasn’t in school, and even scheduled my college classes so that I would be able to watch the show from home.

I turned 48 in October and decided it was now or never to get on the show. I took my 2 nieces, made us awesome shirts and went to the January 27th 2015 taping of the show which aired on March 31st, 2015.

Just as I always knew I got called on down and had one of the best days of my life. I didn’t win my car (game was Pathfinder), but I had a fantastic time. Drew Carey and the cast were so nice.

    Dreams do come true!!!
