This place is beaaaaaaautiful!
Between Columbia Center and the Space Needle, I hopped over to this gem.
When I first saw it in the City Pass, I didn’t know anything about a glass museum, or how cool it would be…
But it was super cool!
Basically, I went through room after room of different huge glass sculptures, and they all had stories behind them that were displayed.
This was the first night of summer that the museum was open for nighttime hours. And going at night was dooooope.
It wasn’t super crowded, and the glass really shone (shined? shone? Shoot. How do we know this one again? Aye aye aye aye.) Anyway, the glass looked really beautiful with the dark sky in the window behind it.
There was a food place inside that I didn’t go to. (After all, I had that delicious peanut butter and jelly sandwich at the EPM.) But one thing that was interesting about this food place was that there were doll heads piled inside the glass table! It looked a little creepy-ish – especially to be eating off of… It was an interesting little time!
After you got through all the beautiful sculptures and stories, there was also a sculpture garden outside!
I would highly recommend!
