Okay, so this is why you have to be blogging all the time! haha Because now, all this time later, I forget so many of the details (I’m sorry!).
But I’ll try to fill you in on what I remember.
So, basically, at work, most of the time, we only had one day off a week. But I forget what happened right at the top of everything, but there was something to do with set-up or whatever, that we didn’t have to work for ~ 3 (maybe 2 1/2) days straight. So, I tried to use that time as best I could and really adventure with it.
I went out to Espiritu Santo with “Baja Outdoor Activities” Company, with the awesome guide Tulio. They were awesome. He was awesome. I loved everybody. And I loved my trip.
Some highlights were:
- Hiking up a steep incline
- Walking around this pretty secluded place, and seeing large cacti and sprawling land
- Camping and getting to see the stars in all their glory from this secluded island that basically had no electricity to my knowledge
- All the food they brought for me (so many Doritos, like they know me so well! :-))
There are a few more that I’ll put in other posts. But this was really lovely. And really lovely way to kick off my time in Mexico!
