After the show got cancelled (and they offered to let us stay in Mexico through the original time we were supposed to), I started trying to see some smaller cities in the area as well.
So, one of the cool drivers from the show took me to El Triunfo! It’s an old mining town, and we got to walk through the old mine. And we got to see the Museo de la Musica – the little music museum.
And I wouldn’t have immediately thought “ooooh pizza is the thing in Mexico,” but he knew of a great place – Caffe El Triunfo that had incredibly delicious pizza.
It was a lovely day exploring this lil’ ol’ town!
