Okay, so speaking of being in Todos Santos, I also took a little cooking class with Chef Iker Algorri.
He is brilliant, and funny, and kind, and lovely!
I’m not usually a huge guacamole fan, but his was such perfection I could eat it all day! We made the best guacamole anyone ever has!
We also all went outside to watch the sunset together while the main meal was cooking.
Great food. Great company. Great night!
