Picking up from last time –
So, the amazing job I got was being a post-coordinator (a real post-coordinator who go to have a post supervisor and everything) on Project Runway for Kids!
In some ways, I was actually lucky I had that job I hated… I don’t think I would’ve gotten this one without a post supervisor/post coordinator credit.
It was truly lovely. Everyone there was SO nice, and some of the people there are my friends to this day. I got to go to the Emmys with a group of editors who were nominated from their work on Project Runway.
The staff sweetly celebrated my birthday with me. My boss was cool as all get out.
I got to do some of the scratch VOs, which always was a fun bright sport in my day. There was a place nearby that had delicious breakfast burritos.
Downstairs, there was a workout place that did barre workouts, and I slowly but surely convinced a bigger and bigger group to go down with me at lunchtimes.
It was awesome all the way around, in every way. I truly loved it.
But alas, like nearly all shows it had to come to an end.
The next job I had was so unexpected. And I’ll talk about it tomorrow!
